I've come around to the viewpoint that the Regents and Senior Administrators are asking or maybe even pleading for the help of the vast group of faculty, staff, and alumni to guide the State of California back on track with respect to higher education.<br /><br />However, social practice in contemporary high-level business management precludes them from being direct in their request for help.
